Summary of Responsibilities:
Execute the learning strategy for Sunovion aligned to our competency framework, corporate goals and strategic imperatives.
Develop and manage an enterprise-wide development program
Identify learning needs; measure and evaluate results
Diagnose, design and implement organizational development, team effectiveness, change management, and process improvement strategies for our G&A functions, working collaboratively with HR Business partner(s)
Essential functions
Lead the design, development, and execution of learning programs for leaders at all levels, including professional individual contributors, frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders
Refine or add to existing curriculum to meet evolving business priorities
Create and implement plans to drive adoption, participation and utilization of learning programs, tools and resources
Actively identify, select, engage and manage a variety of vendors and consultants to support leadership and development strategy
Consult and partner with business leaders, HR, and OD colleagues to identify performance, development, and change solutions that meet the business needs
Support the launch of organizational competencies and aligned programs/tools;
Support organizational initiatives to provide shared services
Maintain focus on professional growth and building of a learning culture through focus on development plans and conversations

Formalized experience in training design, development and delivery, including innovative and multi-faceted leadership development and learning strategies and programs
Solid background/experience assessing and implementing various OD and change management strategies
Strong consulting skills, with proven track record as a trusted partner and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Skilled group facilitator and communicator with strong presence
Strong business acumen, strategic perspective, planning and execution; comfortable and able to work strategically and tactically, as the situation requires
Experience and understanding of Learning Management Systems and digital learning solutions
Able to effectively manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
Strong collaborator; able to cross-functionally collaborate with multiple business groups
Experience developing and refining functional competencies, a plus
