Customer Account Support Specialist

Position Summary:
The User Success Specialist role will require someone with excellent written skills, an empathetic attitude
towards customers, the ability to technically troubleshot, and a keen eye for detail. You should be excited
about technology, and ready to help customers figure out even the trickiest of problems. You'll also be
working with a variety of cross functional team members, including Sales, Customer Success, and
Support.

Core Responsibilities
Internal Processes
 Combine data from various systems and upload into Salesforce using Data loader
 Manual verification of data in Salesforce instance
 Create Salesforce reports and analyze data in excel using pivot tables
 Creating customer quotes in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:
 1-2 years prior experience with Salesforce
 Excellent written communication skills
 Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, customer success, and quality teams
 Salesforce experience required

Preferred Experience:
 Technical troubleshooting on software or hardware, basic knowledge of technical systems (API,
Exchange) a plus
 Familiarity with excel, gdoc, sfdc
 ADM 201
