Must have skills
7+ years of development experience. C#, .Net, MVC, and MySQL, SQL Server. Hand's dirty coding. Use to 70-80% of development work in their role.
Nice to have skills
Java, Agile, REST, SOAP, JSON, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA. Bachelor's Degree.
Roles and responsibilities
Full Stack development. They will be working on a variety type of applications. MVC type work. Looking for titles of Full Stack, Software Engineer, Developer, etc.
Preference on industry background or previous companies worked for?
Financial is preferred, but not a must have.
Duration of assignment and possible extensions
1 year with potential 6 month extension. No on conversion.
Interview timeline and process
1 hour phone interview. (30 minutes with manager, 30 minutes technical screen with team). 1 in-person

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of software development experience or a Master's degree with 7-10 years of software development experience.
Extensive knowledge of C#, HTML, Javascript and CSS
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably AngularJS, Bootsrap or other MVC/MVA web application frameworks).
Knowledge of MySQL / Oracle or SQL Server with an understanding of the impacts of indexing and schema design along with query analysis and optimization.
Experience with Java, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML is extremely helpful.
Understanding of Agile software development principles along with experience participating in agile projects
Experience with incorporating continuous integration and continuous delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Maven, and Jenkins
Ability to lead and self-manage projects and tasks.
Ability, desire and motivation to learn quickly and pick up new skills
Organized and be able to prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines
Demonstrable teamwork attitude, ready to initiate collaboration and resolve conflicts
