Job Description:

Create and maintain files and records
Create new cost collecting numbers (O&M)
Create new capital projects (ER creation and reauthorizations)
Update projects as necessary
1219 processing
Responding to requests in E-mail
Provide support for miscellaneous billing activities using excel
Use Asset Suite to update work orders
Correspond with different levels throughout the organization regarding accounting requests
Ad hoc billing related requests as needed
