Key Responsibilities: 
Support TMO 4I Values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement while Making Connections, Creating Value, and Being DeterminedMaintain physical and/or electronic inventory of materials and time usage in MRP systemMaintain labs, supplies and equipment (including calibration and repair), following established procedure, ISO and/or applicable standardsPlan and execute the manufacturing batches following standard proceduresAssist in manufacturing processes as required (including preparation of chromatographic supports and reagents)Provide training to less-experienced associatesSuggest improvements to documentation, safety practices and proceduresOn occasion, the individual will provide technical expertise to management and interdepartmental teamsRemain technically competent by keeping current with developments within the industryThe individual will need to carry out any other duties apparent or assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

BS degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or equivalent experience in Manufacturing industryThe individual having BS degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry are preferred to have one plus year of organic chemical synthesis and purification experience.The individual should possess basic laboratory skills pertinent to the production areaBasic mathematical skills (including knowledge in use of the metric system, conversions, and calculations)Ability to read, follow, and write work instructionsAbility in the use of electronic systems and MS office (word, excel) knowledgeWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, manipulate, or feel objects, tools, and controlsThe employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl and lift or move up to 100 pounds with or without assistanceSpecific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distant vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focusThe individual must understand and comply with RCRA Standards by successfully completing initial training for Hazardous Waste Handling within 90 days of date of hire, comply with standards, and complete training/refresher courses at least annuallyThe individual will regularly be handling chemicals, solvents, and potentially hazardous/bio-hazardous substances
