DESIGN DIGITAL HEALTH PLATFORMS (DHP): Design new digital tools (e.g. apps, wearables) and analytics to capture meaningful, patient generated data at scale to enable smarter, more efficient clinical trials. The design involves hardware (e.g. wearables), software (e.g. apps, software as a medical device) and analytics (e.g. deep learning). This will be done working with clinical experts and specialists in hardware, software, data sciences and advanced analytics. (Develop and drive overarching software as a medical device strategy, in collaboration with internal partners, to support research and development of our molecules and enable personalized patient care and access.
OPERATIONALIZE DIGITAL HEALTH PLATFORMS (DHP): Work with the lifecycle teams, responsible for the development and commercialization of products, and clinical operations to incorporate DHPs into the clinical development plans as new endpoints and enrollment tools to enable smarter, more efficient clinical trials.
PARTNER OR BUY EXTERNAL CAPABILITIES: Lead or contribute significantly to functional, cross-functional, enterprise-wide or external digital health communities, networks, collaborations, initiatives or goals on knowledge-sharing, methodologies, innovations, technology, IT infrastructure, policy-shaping, etc. to enable broader and more effective use of software as medical device. Collaborate with internal partners in due-diligence to assess and acquire/ collaborate with external capabilities in digital health, etc. of strategic business fit to the business.
BUILD INTERNAL CAPABILITIES: Inform and support the development of internal capabilities for digital health platforms including form factor design, UX/UI, algorithm development, software as a medical device with appropriate skills and cultivate an environment that attracts and retains talents. Ensure adequate training of our staff, provide business context and connection of our work with company priorities and values, inspire our staff to set high-standard goals and objectives and support them to achieve them.

We are looking for a professional with Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and significant experience in one or more areas: software, advanced analytics, data science, and apps/wearables.
You will bring:
Track record of engineering solutions in digital health.
Track record of working in a matrix environment with global, international team with members coming from scientific, business and operational backgrounds, using influence without authority.
Proven ability to identify and implement innovative ideas.
Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to translate and communicate complex ideas, concepts, and data science solutions to diverse audiences.
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams and manage change
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Education would be Bachelor's Degree with MBA preferred. 3-5 years of experience.
