Ability to provide weekend support, work hours that reflect the time zone of the teams they support, and potential to work holidays (e.g. Black Friday).
• What will be the day-to-day activities for this role?

- Job board postings
- Data entry (pulling sourcing yield data and entering it into sourcing plans)
- Performing audits of job board postings
- Contacting hourly candidates in various substeps of the application process to encourage them to complete the application or attend an event
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed (e.g. grassroots research, venue research)
• Is there any potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE (please clarify which applies)? Yes there is potential for both contingent on availability of opportunities and overall performance/feedback.

Services to be performed
Our Sourcing Coordinator (SC) works closely with a team of sourcer’s in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The SC is an integral partner in managing sourcing activities and building client relationships by supporting their HVH request. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. • Scheduling sourcing calls working directly with customers and hiring managers, in some cases arranging last minute sourcing request.
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
• providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing status in a weekly report
• Coordinating the post-events providing sourcing materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other HVH sourcing activities as needed

Required skills
• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Preferred skills
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree
