Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition
Location: Bedford, MA
Duration: 6+ months contract
The Sr. Talent Acquisition/HR Coordinator role is responsible for providing day-to-day execution of core coordination activities that directly impact candidate and internal client experience. This role is responsible for deliveringflawless and timely execution of assigned global recruiting coordination support and operations activities to their respective candidates and internal clients (hiring managers and recruiters). Specifically including – but not limited to – interview scheduling and coordination, booking candidate travel, referral program execution, offer letter administration, candidate expense reconciliation and other coordination activities as identified.
The ideal candidate is an individual that has a strong background and/or prior experience in an assistant or support capacity, preferably within a recruiting, sales or customer service function. Characteristics that are critical to success in this role include an optimistic or "can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, the ability to shift focus smoothly and efficiently, heavy emphasis on customer satisfaction, active listening and learning capability, strong communication skills, and the ability pro-actively identify and address challenges. Familiarity with recruiting applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook, travel booking systems are beneficial.

Deliver flawless, consistent and timely execution of assigned day-to-day recruiting coordination activities such as:
- interview scheduling & greeting candidates
- reporting & ATS administration
- booking candidate travel
- job description postings
- event coordination
- on-boarding support
- other recruiting & HR support activities as needed
• Pro-actively identify and address challenges associated with day-to-day recruiting coordination delivery
• Conduct oneself in a professional and team-oriented manner that enhances recruiting coordination, team communication, collaboration and performance
• Identify and promote process improvement and innovative "out of the box” ways to deliver recruiting coordination support to team members and leadership
• Build and foster relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, taking time to understand each individual department and stakeholder unique needs
Extremely competent with outlook and excel
Expertise in a support or coordination role; preferably in a recruiting / sales / business environment
Excellent organization & prioritization skills – ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently using tools like outlook, excel, etc.
Strong people skills – ability to communicate (verbal & email), build trust and credibility with recruiting team and clients
"Can-Do” attitude – upbeat, flexible, adaptable, and dependable approach; not afraid of unclear or unknown endeavors
