Job Description:

•This person will be a sourcer. There are teams that have full cycle, but this team separates that process. This is not full cycle.
•Will be working with a team of 7 others, but they will do sourcing for the stuff that they own. Have specific roles trying to drive to fill.
•Focus on accounting and finance, so it would be ideal to get someone with recruiting experience with finance in the past.

Top Skills 3:
-Really strong sourcing experience in both agency and corporate. Good big picture of how to source in different environments.
-Need to be articulate, don't want shallow or generic answers, want to hear something more in line with Client culture.
-Need to be able to deal with adversity. Have to be able to switch gears easily.
•Experience sourcing for diversity movements is great. Like to see stability in resume, not necessarily recently, but something that shows that they really love recruiting.
•Need someone to be okay with systems that are not the greatest, ie lots of clicks to get a resume loaded into system, need patience.
•Leadership principles: Ownership and bias for action and earns trust.
•Interviews: Mini loop, want to make sure that a couple people on the team have an opportunity to give input. Strong team that loves input. Someone on team has a quick call and then set up a mini loop.

Services to be performed:
Sourcing against Tax, Benchmarking and DAC Finance

Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience.
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.

Preferred skills:
Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships.
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with little direct supervision.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
