Visa is looking for talented UX designer to join our team. Join a small, dynamic group that researches, conceives and designs new concepts, and plays a pivotal role in collaborations with internal Visa product teams, working with core Visa capabilities and technologies.

What will I work on for ShiftLeft? We have unique and exciting opportunities for you here in our Foster City office as we continue to mature and fine tune our security assessment portal. We're looking for a highly motivated UX Designer to work on a variety of tasks. You will have the opportunity to develop creative assets and designs for the evolution the program via user research, testing, and iterative feature set designs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and producing creative assets for corporate services. There is a heavy focus on information collection UI design for security assessments and data. A great opportunity for a candidate interested in advancing their UX design skills in the security sector. The Visual Designer must be able to think outside of the box while maintaining brand standards. Ability to produce under tight deadlines and minimal direction is key. This role will consist of both design and production work. Key responsibilities in this role include:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the scope of a future feature sets and capabilities
- Assist with conception and designing wireframes
- Develop graphics, including infographics and visual images, for collateral and websites
- Incorporate changes recommended by stakeholders into the final assets or designs
- Maintain existing brand guidelines and branded digital assets with required creative and tactical updates as needed
- Take part in user research and synthesis of insights


- Minimum of 3-5 years of design experience - proven high level online/social media creative execution a must, brand identity design and digital agency background a plus
- Fluency in current graphic visual design practices and Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, and Principle.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Understand and enjoy typographic and illustration principals/foundations.
- Communicates effectively and concisely in all email and verbal correspondence.
- Flexible with design direction and ability to positively respond to feedback.
- Self-disciplined and motivated in an environment that requires a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to view work across media holistically and with brand consistency a must.
- Ability to produce pixel-perfect design to a variety of specs
- Ability to multitask and positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
- Potential of travel (less than 10% of the time)
