Provides support for a specific area of responsibility within marketing by fulfilling tactical requirements to accomplish business area objectives. Develops specific tactical marketing plans for products, product lines or area. May develop short and long-term tactics and strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned areas. Accountabilities for the specific area of responsibility include: project and/or product management, supports the annual operating plan process, cycle, and business review meetings, budget involvement and business area knowledge.
Specialized and in-depth comprehensive knowledge and experience in a particular field, or business area. Duties are varied and complex often involving research, analysis and solution development. Provides direction on issues of the area of expertise and assist department leadership in setting strategic direction. Typically a higher level professional position. Requires the regular use of originality and ingenuity. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the field. Is generally assigned more complex and difficult assignments. Assignments are broad in nature. Typically works with greater discretion and latitude. May assist Consultants and lower level staff by providing advice and guidance.
Responsible for day to day administration and operation of the global email marketing automation platform and programs. Provides education and support to leadership, internal marketing teams and business stakeholders who use these platform. Maintains internal processes, documentation, communication plans, and ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 years of professional email and mobile experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of developing impactful marketing from conception through to execution.
Innovative, forward thinking marketer with the ability to demonstrate awareness of the latest email and mobile marketing trends.
Understanding of campaign planning and content creation for demand generation across the buyer's journey.
Experience with Enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation with Journey Builder. Understanding of tokenization and encryption.
Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML for email, responsive design, CSS, and basic SQL coding.
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design programs.
Proficient utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly creative with a proven ability to develop and manage engaging and original content through different channels.
Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrix organization.
Excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency management, budget management.
Possesses the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
