The Talent Management Coordinator works closely with the Talent Management team and internal partners to assist in implementing and delivering training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics and administrative support, and document preparation/filing. This position has heavy interaction/communication with finance, procurement, executive assistants and some interaction with executives and mid-level managers.

-The TM Coordinator is responsible for supporting programs including but not limited to:
the University: LMS administration, course logistics, materials, rosters, food & beverage orders; vendor coordination, purchase order admin and tracking
Leadership Model rollout: admin support for microsite development & ongoing microsite updates, and scheduling leadership assessments, team portrait sessions and 60 min overview sessions

-Organization Development: scheduling and supporting external vendors to provide leadership assessment, team development or training to internal clients, including purchase order admin and tracking

-Coordinating training & team sessions, managing schedules, catering, invitations, room logistics and participant materials to provide an exceptional participant experience
Clearly communicating expectations and requirements with internal partners and clients to ensure flawless execution

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combining clarity with empathy, optimism, positive attitude and exceptional customer service & support
Learning and using complex systems such as Saba Learning Management System, Arriba procurement system and Workday HR Platform to perform transactions accurately, quickly and efficiently

-Planning, gathering comprehensive requirements, and anticipating and inquiring about additional needs not initially specified
-Organizing, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent follow-through skills
-Reporting and documenting, summarizing complex project detail into short, easily interpreted and actionable information
-Flexibility and adaptability, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment characterized by frequent changes
-Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
-Advanced skills in Excel (including the ability to do formulas, charts, vlook ups, pivot tables etc)
