Facilities Coordinator II, Compliance

Main responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
Manage Facilities Compliance Inbox and function as the Compliance help desk coordinator.
Provide exceptional customer service via email communication
Provide weekly updates to customers on status of their work request
Track and update status of work requests/work orders
Support generation of metric and trending reports including AMMS data, water testing results, and other required trending in order to ensure compliance.
Data entry, fast and accurate typing skills required
Extensive filing responsibilities and binder/ paper-based and digital documentation management
Maintains/files vendor documentation, vendor reference materials, and service records.
Perform vendor service record review to ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices and other specifications/requirements
Responsible for operating and assisting in the administration of the computerized maintenance management system (currently AMMS).
Uploading and maintaining assets and tasks in AMMS.
Maintains Facilities group equipment and calibration databases.
Onboarding of new facilities equipment and moving or decommissioning of existing equipment
Other job duties may include but are not limited to:
Provide support for third party vendor training program
Provide audit support for customer, internal, and regulated body audits and inspections (e.g. FDA, ISO).

Experience in a GMP environment is preferred
Advanced computer knowledge (excel, word, outlook).
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional written communication skills
Ability to interface with all levels of the company in a professional manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience with a maintenance tracking database is preferred, but not required
