Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated HR Recruiting Excellence Administrator/ Assistant to support the hiring process of our busy Talent Acquisition department. A successful candidate will be responsible for daily review of our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) and initiating, tracking, and documenting email communications to internal and referral candidates to improve the overall experience. They will be responsive and communicate with recruiters to help ensure candidates are reviewed in a timely manner and closed out at the back of the hiring process. We need someone computer savvy, extremely detail oriented, and client focused.

Education/Experience
High school Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
0–3 years related experience required

Responsibility level
Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
Ability to work independently and manage one's time completing high volume tasks (Required)
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Required)
Organized and able to accurately track completed work (Required)
Discretion in working with candidate/employee sensitive data (Required)
Familiar with applicant tracking database systems (Preferred)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with internal and referral job candidates in a timely manner
Track and update contacted candidates in Excel spreadsheet
Update Recruiters on candidates they need to review
Communicate with referring employees on the status of their referral candidates
Clear out backlog of old candidates
