The Talent specialist works closely with Talent Partners to support the HR efforts across businesses/functions/regions. These efforts include supporting annual HR programs, maintaining accurate HR-related data, advising employees and managers on routine issues, improving processes, and working on projects that involve HR COEs and cross-functional teams.

Accurately records data changes in HR-related systems (e.g. Workday)
Handles day-to-day HR administration including processing transfers, drafting HR documents, auditing data, etc
Conducts exit interviews and identifies themes from interviews and exit surveys
Collaborates and partners with other functions on projects
Prepares ad hoc HR reports
Collects, conducts basic analysis, and presents on HR-related data
Fields questions and concerns from employees
Advises managers on basic HR matters
Supports effort of annual HR programs (e.g. Annual Compensation Reviews, Murmur survey, etc)
Presents information to employees/managers related to HR programs/initiatives
Creates well crafted presentations that are clear, convincing, concise, etc
Escalates matters to Talent Generalists and Talent Partners as needed

  • Hands-on experience administering Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of HRIS workflow, reports development, and support is preferred
  • Proven record of accomplishment utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience partnering closely with other HR/Recruiting functions
  • Strong interest in developing a Human Resources career
  • Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and solve problems proactively Self-sufficiency and ability to learn quickly

Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
