Our client is a leader in Electronics and looking for Sr. Data Science & Analytics Consultants at Lead and senior levels on urgent basis!!

Location :New York, NY
6 Months to start (ideally contract to perm)

Adobe Analytics and Adobe test and target experience are absolute must-haves.

PROJECT WORK: Our dot-com Analytics program will provide our client with a measurement strategy and a reporting/analysis structure that will inform business, marketing and optimization decisions, while improving the user experience on the client's main consumer website. The project team will focus on three pillars as follows:

1. Strategy
-Measurement framework

2. Reporting and Analysis
-Monthly insights Deep-Dive
-Executive share outs
-Ad hoc reports

3. UX Optimization
-Insights and strategic recommendations to improve the user experience on .com (full funnel view)


Strategy: Align stakeholders, define site level KPIs and create measurement framework

o Action Items:
-Stakeholder interviews
-Definition of site purpose(s)
-Alignment workshop
-Understand and integrate existing reports for holistic reporting needs across stakeholders and LOBs including eCom and Merchandising

o Deliverables:
-Agreed-upon, integrated reporting structure and timing
-Measurement Framework
-KPI Alignment (Overall and by LOB)

Reporting and Analysis: Develop reports

o Action Items:
-Apply measurement framework to reporting needs
-Create reporting templates and socialize to teams
-Fuel insight driven decision making

o Deliverables:
-Enhanced DPA Forum Reporting (Existing)
-Monthly Insights Deep Dive
-Executive Share Out
-Ad Hoc Requests

UX Optimization: Optimize workflow for .com user experience

Action Items:
-Synthesize insights to develop a site optimization strategy
-Gain organizational alignment on strategies

o Deliverables:
-UX Optimization Solutions to inform site improvements, including:
-User Pathing
-Purchase Funnel Insights
