Data Collection Researcher I

Job Description: 

*This role does not have a language assessment nor a specific language requirement, though the candidate does need to be bilingual in English and at least one other language – native or near native is preferable but not required.*

Client is launching several new data collection initiatives and is seeking a highly motivated language data researcher to join our team and support these exciting programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer focused and flexible. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be adaptable while delivering high-quality results.

Primary responsibilities:
-Respond quickly to program inquiries from customers.
-Research future engagement opportunities and submit findings to relevant managers.
-Work closely with Program Managers to support each program as needed.
-Be accountable for specific processes including handling logistics and troubleshooting technical or process issues.
-Be a quick learner and grasp complex project details and own specific aspects of the project
-Work independently to meet objectives
-Work with Program Managers to report on projects and think of ways to improve tracking and reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelors degree or above, Masters preferred
- Degree in Linguistics, Languages, Social Sciences or Business
- 1+ years of experience as a Research or Project Coordinator
- Able to work Monday-Friday
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service or similar experience
- Good sense of humor, a positive attitude, and great teamwork skills

- Monitoring and responding to inbox with Client facing inquiries

Regular hours 9-5, local candidates only
- Must be able to work in office daily
- May have the opportunity to WFH occasionally when approved ahead of time

Interviewing Process
- 30 minute phone screen, then if the team is inclined, the candidate will be invited to a follow-up on-site interview
