Job Description:
  • RC to support 4 different orgs: International consumer, kindle content, consumer payments and consumer engagement. Support from scheduling component
  • Do full life cycle RC work from phone screen/online assessment all the way to onsite.
  • Single POC and aligned by client lead and/or business unit.
  • Get to know the business/recruiters very well in order to partner better.
  • Really high volume right now.
  • Majority of them are doing anywhere between 85-115 points in scheduling, varies by activity. 100 should be capacity.
  • Need support for work to be spread out more evenly.
  • Calendaring, event management, attention to detail (working in really detail oriented roles with limited errors).
  • Able to manage a high workload.
  • Best candidate: having to work with different stakeholders. Client experience is great.
  • Bias for action, ownership, earns trust.

Interviews:
1 phone screen (30 min) and invite everyone they're inclined on to come in on one specific day and do a blitz. Debrief and make a decision that day.

Services to be performed
  • Our Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization.
  • The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships
  • Often providing candidates with their first impression of Client.
  • This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree
