Description/Comment:
This position is for Product Analyst with CLIENT's digital team. Your role will be to understand customer needs, translate them into requirements and work with engineering to implement them. You and your team will make sure that CLIENT's web platform is evolving consistently across product areas, and provide leadership to all product groups on how to develop our product suite's web platform to deliver the best user experience to our customers. In this role you will be working closely with other product groups, marketing, regional business teams and customer support teams to understand customer expectations and design effective solution to exceed them. You bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. The ideal Product Manager obsessively seeks to understand the customer's perspective, is data-driven, has a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. The ideal candidate has worked on front end (web or app) product features in a startup environment or focused department within a large company. Should have experience working in agile environment -working with front end developers, content writers, UI designers and other stakeholders.
Ability to effectively use –AB test tools, Analytics tools and other front-end tools is an advantage.
