PROJECT: We are in a definition phase for a large B2C agribusiness brand, in advance of a detailed design phase. The focus of the project is to audit, analyze, and assess existing content to understand to what extend existing components can be leveraged, and then conduct a gap analysis to identify new components required to accommodate migration. In addition, there is a creative concepting stream to see how to bring the brand to life through the existing components.

Website redesign, utilizing components from the larger client project. Deliverables include detailed wireframes, site maps. This person needs to have experience with Sketch tool. Current team consists of a couple of visual and UX designers.

JOB SPECIFIC: UX Audit/Component Gap Analysis, Visual Exploration, High-Level Requirements

Works on one project within larger account to support the creation of compelling, insight-driven websites and applications
Demonstrates the information architecture and interaction design skills necessary to support client work
Responsible for interaction design, task flow, behaviour, and navigation design
Creates deliverables such as sitemaps and wireframes
Ideates, sketches, and prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
Performs competitive reviews and experience evaluations according to established criteria and/or heuristics
Actively collaborates in cross- disciplinary idea generation and client co-creation sessions
Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs
Highly focused on deliverables with
a strong attention to detail


About one year of experience working on complex software, transactional or ecommerce experiences, with medium to large- sized teams, preferably in a cross disciplinary digital agency
Strong familiarity with standard UX toolset
Proficient at creating UX artifacts and deliverables

Degree in interaction design, human- computer interaction or industrial design preferred
Degree in a related field, such as library science, graphic design,
animation or architecture considered. Minor in Psychology, English, History,
Anthropology a plus.
