Summary: Responsible for optimizing asset reliability, availability, and operational safety through the application of reliability centered maintenance strategies, condition based maintenance techniques, and good engineering practices. Provide project management capabilities for Reliability Engineering projects. Execute the site reliability and asset management strategies
Job Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and equipment malfunction or performance problems Prepare, organize, and disseminate technical documentation and maintenance procedures. Collect and organize technical data from equipment manufacturers, users, and other engineering personnel for use in failure analysis Communicate reliability program efforts within the organization. Optimize performance and cost effectiveness of reliability programs Assist in development of with new equipment purchase specifications, design and installation qualification requirements.

Job Requirements: Working knowledge of cGMPs as they relate to maintenance operations and documentation. Ability to read and produce technical documentation, procedures, and specifications Completion of an BS Degree in a related science or engineering major, plus relevant on-the-job or technical training. Demonstrated ability to apply experience and hands-on mechanical skills to investigate system deficiencies. Advanced knowledge using Microsoft office programs for report writing, presentations, data analysis, database design, scheduling, and diagraming. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Able to build coalitions and support for ideas and programs. Utilize a wide variety of technical skills to solve multiple disciplinary complex engineering challenges. Will encounter diverse or difficult characteristics in engineering principles and concepts.
