Our client a small consulting firm is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills and accuracy. In addition, someone who is committed to consistently meeting deadlines and has the ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities:
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers including coordinating bank deposits
Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
Other adhoc projects
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; five years bookkeeping experience
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks (Must have)
Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
