Human Resources Administrator

Required Function 1:
•Maintains the human resource database and all employee records and files.•Handles payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information.•Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned.•Provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs.•Assists in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.•Responsible for the requisition development and input into the Applicant Tracking System.•Administer Hourly Hiring Process - Coordinate and schedule interviews, extend offers, schedule background checks and physicals to include the processing of New Hire Paperwork (I-9 (Everify, W4)•Coordinate Temp Resources (according to HR policy)•Hourly - Salaried Onboarding Process – administers and supports development of onboarding programs•EAF (using Workday software)•Makes Kronos entries and adjustments and runs Adhoc Kronos reports to include attendance program administration•Track and advise on progressive disciplinary action•Administer Code of Conduct and Ethics Training to include training tracking•OSHA 300 Log•Benefit Enrollment - Annual and new hire benefit orientation•Employee File Maintenance•Employee Questions - Support•Safety Training Tracking•Monthly incentive calculations and validation•Serve as the local HR partner•Employee engagement champion
Required Function 2:
•Bachelors degree in HR or related matter•PHR preferred•At least two years of related experience in manufacturing required
Required Function 3:
•Solid understanding of human resources functions•Knowledge of all related computer applications (i.e I-9 Intelligence/Workday/etc)•Understanding of human resource reporting and record-keeping requirements
