Job Description:


Services to be performed:
Fun and Exciting Technical Sourcing Recruiter for Shopping:
Work with hiring teams and managers to identify, source, engage and recruit technical candidates.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Design and implement creative solutions to improve recruiting process.
Participate in recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices for interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal source talent and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
Partner with recruiting organization to improve candidate management processes.
Learn and understand all requirements for legally evaluating and managing candidates from the application process to onboarding including offers, compensation, background process, etc.
Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure they have learned and are following Best Practices for recruiting and candidate care.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet hiring demands set by business partners.
Onboard, train, and mentor junior and new recruiters on recruitment systems, processing, sourcing strategies, client management and best practices.
Work with outside partners like recruitment agencies to expand candidate pipeline and generation as it relates to recruitment events.

Required skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
Three to Five years of technical sourcing experience: passive sourcing for corporate or search firm progressive recruiting; building and utilizing sourcing plans, tools, and systems; experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates using CTS or ATS.

Preferred skills:
Experience with regular full time recruiting of technical talent.
