Sales Operations Analyst II

Seeking a highly analytical, driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst. The role will be part of the Sales Operations Global Ecosystem team and partner with several teams  (including sales, operations, compensation, and finance) with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. Responsibilities will include:

1) Revenue performance analysis and reporting
Leading analysis on revenues and product adoption to drive insights within the global agency team and also across the global ecosystem team
Understanding and synthesizing daily/weekly/quarterly revenue trends, while developing a deep understanding of our current business using data to build insights about our advertisers, agencies, products and competitors with the ability to synthesize and provide additional analytic support
Building customized reports based on evolving business needs and changes to the sales organization
Creating and utilizing metrics to evaluate the internal business and to direct product marketing, operations, and resource allocation

2) Data management:
Understanding the underlying data structure for agency revenues, including how the data is stored, managed, and pulled for reporting
Developing recommendations on improving data quality and reporting, in collaboration with cross functional teams
Providing oversight and project management of data quality and reporting efforts related to agency data

Knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with database management, SQL, and experience in extracting and evaluating data from large/complex data sources
Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools also preferred but not required
