JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duration: This team is responsible for all background checks across the Americas.
They are looking to bring in a resource who will help accommodate the increase in volume for background checks and will assist in manually tracking background checks.

Great candidates will:
-Have previous experience in HR or legal
-Great understanding of excel (comfortable with reporting and data analysis skills-pivot tables, v-lookups, mail merges etc.)
-Be eager to learn
-Customer obsessed
-Team oriented

Day to Day:
o Operations heavy
o Supporting a sizeable portion of employees monitoring background checks
o Working with internal employees requesting documentation
o Mail merges
o Tracking responses
o Pulling people soft reporting
o Use vlookups to track status'
o Pivot tables and other excel functions for reporting- Nice to have SQL experience***
o Comfortable with High volume- working with about 1500 employees; Detail oriented
o HR Compliance experience great to have, tech savvy, and detail oriented

Schedule:
• Flexible 40 hours/week No OT anticipated
• Potential OT, no remote work

Interview schedule:
• 30 minute phone screen x 3

Services to be performed:
-running reports from vendors, PeopleSoft
-initiating background checks (17,000)
-tracking status of background checks
-sending out metrics to stakeholders
-contacting AWS employees to gather information/ documentation

Required skills:
-Excel (strong skill set)
-Outlook
-Professional communication skills (email)
-Ability to manage cases based on individual timelines
-Detail oriented

Preferred skills:
-Experience with SQL
-Experience in Client Redshift (or using other data warehouses)
