Day to Day:
• Applicant review
• Candidate follow up
• Sourcing
• OpEx- closing candidates and responding quickly
• Satisfying client need and communicating with hiring managers/interviewers
• Devising strategies with peers in a team setting
• Campaign reach out
• Assessment proxy
• Attending debriefs

What are some of the performance indicators you'll be looking for once this person ramps up?
• Largely based on #of onsites, phone screens, and offers.

Interview Schedule:
• 30 minute phone screen
• 2 hour onsite loop

Schedule:
• M-F Flexible 40 hours
• Open to remote based on performance

Services to be performed

Technical sourcing for SDEs, SDMs and TPMs, Must be proficient in technical recruiting and able to assess SDE-IIs for Client.

-minimum 3+ years of technical recruiting experience -proven success in identifying and placing technical candidates preferred skills

-prior Client experience is a plus
-ability to close candidates
