EENB Project Coordinator

Location: Menlo Park, California
Assists the EENB Project Manager/Deployment Project Manager in the tactical activities needed throughout the design, procurement, deployment and commissioning of IT gear in Facebook office builds.
Specific duties include:
Dropbox Setup
Initial CAD symbol placement on construction drawings
Build conference Room Tracker in Excel
Create first equipment Bill of Materials (BOM) using templates
Drive Procurement Tasks in Facebook internal task system
Track orders
Work with Logistics to coordinate deliveries
Coordinate customs paperwork
Track overall project progress in weekly reports
Schedule vendors for fitup of equipment on site
Coordinate Operations Tech teams for commissioning of equipment on site
Attends "FDOB week" as appropriate
Updates Facebook Project groups with pictures and information
Ensure equipment gets received
Chase Invoicing

Technical Qualifications:
2+ years experience with coordination of schedules, inventory, communications, finances
Practical experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Facebook
1 year of experience with CAD, Vectorworks or other drafting software a plus
Interpersonal Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a time sensitive capacity
Self-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
