Services to be performed
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Required skills

-Ability to talk through job description/details with candidates
-Helping to develop team strategy in sourcing candidates
-Candidate Generation
-Pipeline/Source candidates
-Utilize Linked In & Indeed to search for different candidate profiles in specific markets (across the US)
-They will interact with those local candidates to engage them in the job description/etc.
-This team manages all exempt staffing for all fulfillment centers for North America
-Scrubbing active requests that we have posted in different markets/engaging candidates

Preferred skills
-Bachelor's Degree
-High volume sourcing experience
-Military recruiting experience
-Military service or military spouse background

Intake call notes
Team needs a candidate who has some kind of sourcing experience specially with soucing diversity candidates or roles.
Heads down sourcer role.
Candidate should be self motivated,
Shown past results

-Military recruiting experience -Military service or military spouse/family background is good to have
Prior military background with friends, family and relatives

Extension or conversion is possibility based on business need
Prior Client experience is good to have
