Technical Recruiting Sourcer

The Position:
Play a key role in the growth and success of Pega by sourcing candidates for open positions. You will be hunting for top talent, conducting high volume outreach and using all available channels to succeed – including LinkedIN, Indeed, the internal database and Github, among others.

In this role, you will:
Work with business- facing Recruiters and internal hiring managers to understand position requirements and build out strategic sourcing plans
Independently develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job families
Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and why Pega should be the employer of choice
Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to the Recruiter for further consideration.
Stay abreast of best practices and share improvement recommendations with global colleagues

The Person:
You are a motivated corporate talent sourcer or agency recruiter with a drive for results. You constantly challenge yourself to find new ways of identifying and attracting candidates and enjoy the “hunt” for the right organizational fit. When reaching out to candidates, you know the right type of messaging a candidate wants to hear and can tailor your message to attract them. After speaking with candidates, you have an intuition about them and have a keen sense of if they are right for the role.

Qualifications include:
2-5 years of experience in a recruiting role at an agency or sourcing experience in a corporate environment
Demonstrated success and a stable employment record
Experience in sourcing or agency recruiting within either a tech company or a relevant enterprise or medium size organization, or for an agency that recruits for these types of organizations.
