Portfolio Coordinator
Create reports and use data to drive project status and portfolio review meetings.
Create reports and use data to drive compliance to project and portfolio standards
Responsible for collecting project information, applying tools, and coordinating the day-to-day steps of the portfolio management process.
Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes needed to support project/program/portfolio management.
Facilitate project/program/portfolio review of key projects/programs
Ability to develop training material and deliver training on use of project/portfolio management processes/tools.
Work with project and program managers on compliance, templates, best practices.
Conduct project audits using a checklist to ensure compliance to standards.

3-5 years of portfolio administration or project management experience.
Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (SCRUM, Waterfall).
Working knowledge of MS Project.
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Working knowledge of Confluence.
Working knowledge of Tableau and use of data visualizations preferred
Previous work as a portfolio administrator within a PMO is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication and influencing of team members, peers, senior business and corporate leaders.
Track record of strong organizational skills along with a high degree of detail orientation to ensure quality work product
Experienced meeting facilitator.
Negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Self motivated and directed.
Experience working in regulated environments - ISO and GMP
Self-starter with strong problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and a track record of high performance and superior delivery.
Possess leadership, time management and decision-making skills
