Change Lead

The Change Lead works closely with Shift project team and with MCO teams to prepare and facilitate adoption of Shift Core Model by MCO organization. The Change Lead is responsible to lead and coordinate all Change Management activities necessary to successfully deploy Shift in the MCO, encompassing local project team engagement activities and actions, stakeholders engagement, changes assessment, action plan execution, communications and users training.
The Change Lead will:
- Plan and monitor Change Management activities, in line with Shift project planning
Localize a relevant change management plan including engagement activities for ensuring a solid and engaged stakeholder network
Write regular report on change management status and update management on resistance to be expected and faced
Coordinate project team on key activities impacting Change Management such as: roles mapping, SOP updates, Cut-over plan, Post Go-live support
Coordinate MCO teams on key activities impacting Change Management such as: communications, job description updates
Support the local project leads in team engagement activities
- Engage and prepare stakeholders for the changes brought by Shift, managing potential resistance
Set up stakeholder network, map all stakeholders involved and define key engagement moments
Run a Change Impact Assessment diagnosis to assess impacts on stakeholders and map engagement/resistance
Prepare population and assess acceptance rate
Monitor acceptance and adoption of targeted populations of users
- Plan and deliver key communications to support Shift implementation and value realization
Define an effective communication plan: waves and channels, key messages, key communication moments
Develop and deliver messages and materials
Promote business value realization
- Manage the training of end users, leveraging a local network of trainers
Organize early roadshows and touch points within different local roll-out workstreams and stakeholders
Assess the training needs and define the training curriculum by population
Plan and support trainings sessions to impacted populations
Report on training preparation and delivery

Leadership and ability to challenge, open minded and active listening
Ability to drive change and ensure alignment at every stage from main stakeholders and impacted parties
Ability to understand and synthesize business needs from multiple sources, and identify arbitration needs
Have superior communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy
Skills in project management, preferably in ITS-related projects
Ability to collect data and report blocking points
