Data Collection Researcher
Client is seeking a highly motivated language data researcher to join our growing data collection team.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with research participants in the field.
This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be adaptable while delivering high-quality results.

Primary responsibilities:
-Work one-on-one with participants to ensure project objectives are met.
-Be accountable for specific processes including securing testing materials, handling logistics, troubleshooting technical or process issues and providing daily report.
-Work closely with team to follow protocol and continually refine participant experience.
-Be a quick learner and grasp complex project details and own specific aspects of the project.
-Work independently to meet research objectives.
-Partner closely with Program Managers on protocol/process development for existing and future collections.
-Continuously evaluate data collection tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality and scalable.
-Manage distribution and collection of project-specific assets for employee testing.
-Own the logistics of distribution and collection of the assets, tracking the assets, and reporting on the program.
-Address any customer service or technical questions from users and develop solutions that reduce the number of inquiries.
-Work with Program Managers to report on projects and think of ways to improve tracking and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
-Degree in Education, Linguistics, Languages, Market Research, or Psychology
-1+ years of experience as a Researcher/ Coordinator
-Ability to work in field locations as needed
-Strong attention to detail
-Able to work nights and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
-A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
-Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
-Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done and accept reprioritization as necessary.
-Comfortable working with technical equipment, Mac OS, Windows OS -Hands-on experience with one-on-one session moderation with participants.
-Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
-Customer service or similar experience.
-Ability to follow through, work independently, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
-Good sense of humor, a positive attitude, and great teamwork skills.
