The Research Programs team builds and scales global research programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class research team. We do this by implementing operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and problem solving operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. As a member of the Research Programs Team, this Project Manager will work with our Core App team to oversee a newly established set of research participant panels, comprised of hundreds of research participants and a large value of weekly feedback. Coordination of these panels will require collaboration with Researchers and cross functional teams. The Project Manager will be expected to oversee the real-time and ongoing maintenance of the panels, and will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure their continued success.

The ideal candidate enables the UX Research team's best work by managing short- and long-term project milestones, anticipating project issues and resolving them, connecting resources to research needs, and removing barriers to doing great work. We are looking for a Project Manager who is an expert in problem solving and multitasking, building long-term relationships, and utilizing a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. The ideal candidate is someone who has managed and built strong cross-functional relationships and is a strong communicator. This is an internal facing role that will take ownership to drive projects while ensuring that all the stakeholders are involved and aligned throughout the process.

The Project Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Own, manage, track, and communicate out on the research participant panel.
Partner with Core App Researchers to prioritize projects and problem solve hurdles.
Independently and proactively coordinate with Research stakeholders to ensure follow-through and proper communication.
Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear, and ensure alignment across all contributors.
Identify and implement project efficiencies and new processes to help run the panel smoothly.
Coordinate with key partners (Sales, Research Ops & Programs, Finance, etc.) to support the panel and potential new projects.
Collate weekly panel feedback from participants and partner with Researchers to communicate out findings to stakeholders.
Facilitate in-house panel events and panel kickoff meetings.
Prepare project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, etc.
Attend and/or facilitate regular meetings to gain alignment and remove roadblocks.
Work with teams to measure the impact of the panel and ad hoc projects and ensure scalable solutions within a growing company.
Conduct all work in a professional and courteous manner, and positively represent our org at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree
5+ yrs in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role, managing multiple simultaneous projects. Including solid experience in marketing, communications, and/or social media outreach.
Experience writing & sending newsletters, memos, and/or written updates to senior-level stakeholders
Familiarity with research and/or panel setup preferred
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Extremely organized & proactive, requiring minimal supervision
Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Creativity, engagement, story-telling skills a plus
