Position: Recruiter II
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6+ Months (W2 ONLY)
This resource is needed to help expansions in hiring needs for AWS.
This is a Sourcer role, where they will be supporting L4/L5 BizDev emerging partner roles (high level), front end and back end folks, and Solution Architects.
What are we looking for?

Current volume and expectation: 15-20 phone screens a week/4-6 onsites/20-30 reqs managed at a time per Sourcer.
You'll own this if your candidates have:
-previous experience or passion supporting diversity sourcing (veterans, women in computing, etc.)
-Previous Client experience and local candidates preferred
-5+ years of experience
Day to Day:
• Working with other Sourcers/closers
• Managing portfolio of positions within North America
• Supporting roles in US and Canada
• Req management
• Responsible for Intake
• Recruiter screen
• Submittal to HM
• Phone screen facilitation
• Onsite- hand off candidates to main point of contact to lead recruiter
• Customer obsession
• Bias for action
• Deliver results
• Learn and be curious- keeping up with latest techniques in sourcing.
How is performance measured?:
• Getting ramped quickly
• 3-4 hires a month- continuing to build consistent pipeline

M-F 40 hours OT possible, no remote work
• First step: 30 minute phone screen
• Second step: 30 minute phone screen

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Client's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Technical Recruitment Experience
5+ years candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong mentoring skills preferred
Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
