Coordinator Contractor

Project coordination and general support for the executive development team. Team is responsible for the creation and execution of 10+ executive leadership development programs globally.

Duties to include :

1. Data entry and clean up
2. Conference/training room logistics
3. Create, send, and monitor enrollment via Google calendar invitations
4. Create, send, and monitor enrollment via Google RSVP forms
5. Coordinate catering, manage and setup BEO's
6. Create rosters, send reminder emails, pre-course work, manager notifications, post-course communication, etc. per course
7. Send training materials to international locations
8. Manage meeting invitations, pre-work, training registration, post-surveys, and training materials
9. Manage course evaluations and run evaluation reports
10. Schedule presenters and/or facilitators for respective courses
11. Develop faculty/facilitator guides and powerpoint slides
12. Attendee management and course reporting
13. Assist with Talent Development monthly metrics, reports, and chargebacks, purchase orders and vendor management
14. Market Talent Development programs using technology, such as Chatter, Marketing Cloud journeys, Google programs, etc.
15. Understand Salesforce core systems: Org62, LMS, Chatter, Concierge/Peopleforce

17. 3-5 years project coordination, events and/or administration experience
18. Technical skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
19. Comfortability with picking up new computer skills quickly (i.e. Salesforce products)
20. Experience working with executives
21. Team Player
22. Strong customer service mindset
23. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to change as priorities shift
24. Supplier setup and vendor management
25. Extreme attention to detail
26. Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools such as WebEx, GoToMeeting, and GetFeedback survey tool
27. Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel (specifically VLOOKUP)
28. Proficient in Gmail and Google calendar
29. Highly desired - Previous Salesforce experience
30. Ability to foresee potential event-related issues before they happen
