Works with the Compensation Business Partners on a variety of projects related to the implementation of Kite's job architecture and the implementation of Workday Advanced Comp for Client. Responsibilities may include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for Talent Acquisition and HRIS on Kite job code and architecture issues
- Working with the respective TR Partner as necessary to audit and identify issues related to Kite job codes, job titles and job families, salary structures, and grade related bonus targets and equity grants with the goal of stabilizing the job architecture and salary structure systems.
- Conducting an audit of Client's job architecture and supporting documents - Workday and GNet/Careers/Career Paths - to identify incomplete, inaccurate, overlapping and/or missing materials and updating/correcting as needed
- Reviewing and analyzing Client's job architecture to identify opportunities to better support Clients' career development strategies - job family consolidation, clarification, updating and expansion.
Typical Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with an emphasis on HR
- Working knowledge of compensation concepts; development of job architecture and job descriptions a plus
- Experience working with HRIS, specifically Workday
- Experience with Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures.
- Works under general direction from immediate manager.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
