Associate Engineer - Spare Parts

Apply engineering principles and technical expertise in supporting production needs for compliant spare parts analysis and review.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality groups involved in cGMP manufacturing to ensure and maintain compliance with company procedures and cGMP standards.
Create and maintain material master records in SAP to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the records.
Create and maintain equipment data record and instrument calibration record to support reliable asset management.
Work with other engineering groups, Inventory center, and vendors to obtain process requirement, certification and specification.
Conduct technical assessments to evaluate functional and material compatibility on manufacturing mechanical parts and instruments.
Run SAP report and create graphical charts with Microsoft tools.

Communicate and facilitate with excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Must be self-motivated, results driven, detail oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and cGMP quality mindset.
Be proficient with computers and applications such as Microsoft Excel and Google Tools.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Manufacturers and vendors via phone or email.
Mechanical and Instrumentation experience or aptitude preferred. Familiarity with equipment, manufacturing components, and calibrated instrument with ability to interpret part specifications and calibration requirement.
Desired experience with inventory control, SAP systems, and data processing.
Understanding of nomenclature for industrial parts and equipment as indicated on Piping and Instrument Drawings (P&IDs) is a plus.
