Title: QA Tester

Working on a small delivery team practicing Agile and the Kanban methodology, you'll be involved in testing the upgrade of the Wausau/Deluxe Deposit 24x7/Optima/Orbograph system, including configuration testing. You may also be involved in testing the upgrade of our FIS Advanced Financial Services (AFS) system. In addition, you may support our customer base by troubleshooting incident tickets reported for the above mentioned systems and providing other levels of support to our customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate in Agile ceremonies as deemed appropriate by the Scrum Master
2. Write and execute test plans in support of the Wausau/Deluxe Deposit 24x7/Optima/Orbograph system upgrade
3. Provide manual testing for the upgrade, report defects and assist in resolution of reported defects
4. Assist internal users through User Acceptance Testing, answering upgrade related questions and supporting go live of the system upgrade in production
5. Provide production support after go live
6. Assist peers in other testing and support activities as deemed appropriate

Qualifications:
1. Good functional knowledge of Branch Image Capture, Check Processing/Clearing and Remote Data Capture
2. 3+ years of experience installing/testing/supporting Wausau/Deluxe Deposit 24 X 7/Optima/Orbograph systems including:
• Configuration testing of branch and remote deposit customers using Deposit 24/7 thick and thin client interfaces including: Acceptance Administration, Web Administration, Security Administration, Web Admin Portal, thin client scanning and transmission interface
• Optima keying experience including: optima electronic clearing (OEC) release and generation, batch keying (including item correction and batch balancing processes), work tracking and advice processing
3. Experienced in testing technical solutions, identifying problems and problem resolution
4. Excellent communication skills and a passion for enhancing the customer experience
5. Strong collaboration skills and shown ability to be a team player
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines, when required, to meet project milestone dates.

Preferred Experience:
1. Experience in Orbograph Acura courtesy amount recognition and character or handwritten recognition (CAR/RECO) tuning of documents
2. Experience working with and troubleshooting operationally, desktop scanner models such as Canon CR-180/190, Epson Capture One, Panini Vision/My VisionX as well as the high speed Client iTran 8000
3. Supporting, or working in, branch scanning and/or backend branch work balancing
4. Experience installing/testing/supporting the FIS Advanced Financial Services (AFS) product suite (ImageArchive, VisionIP, IRD, xVision)
5. Experience working in an Agile environment.
