Job Overview
This position is responsible for managing, reviewing, revising and negotiating software licensing, evaluation, professional services Statements of Work, non-disclosure and like agreements.
Maintain a repository of contract templates.
Keep all contract templates current with the latest terms and conditions required.
Assist sourcing specialists during the sourcing process by providing templates and expertise related to all contract matters.
Provide advice on non-negotiable terms per CA requirements and act as a liaison to Legal.
Ensure compliance with contract approval process and adherence to contract standards.
Coordinate with Sourcing Managers to ensure all contracts are complete, with all required exhibits, attachments, etc, prior to signature.
Facilitate signatures by the appropriate parties for contract execution.
Update contract management system with all new contracts, amendments, renewals, extensions, terminations and any other contract activity.
Support distributed and business unit sourcing managers by serving as the primary contact between the sourcing or business unit customer and legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
Ensure via collaboration with Legal that all elements of the legal risk mitigation strategy are addressed.
Follow-up on notifications generated by contract management system. Forward items for action to appropriate parties if they have not received the notice or are delinquent. Escalate as necessary to ensure key dates are not missed.
Maintain strong relationships with the Legal, sourcing and other business units.

Technology/IT licensing experience, preferred
Ability to think strategically and work successfully in a fast-paced atmosphere
Ability to identify legal issues in agreements and provide prompt recommendations to sourcing and business units
