Job Description:
Minimum of 1 year experience working with records of an equivalent nature.
Record management experience in Natural Gas Distribution or Pipeline industry preferred.
Must have moderate knowledge in the field of Records Management and be able to meet reasonable work completion deadlines.
If required to drive, must have an acceptable driving record and possession of a valid driver's license.

Additional Qualification:

Knowledgeable in 49 CFR Part 192 code compliance in relation to pipeline and gas facility installation recordkeeping.
Knowledge and understanding of pipeline records doc types i.e. field notes, right-of-way, completion report, , Pressure Test charts, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of Document management systems and how data is processed and stored.
Knowledge and use of Document Management systems and data storage and Repositories i.e. OnBase, FileNet, EMC, Capture Perfect, Kofax Capture, etc.
Ability to analyze and identify incomplete or missing data, or conflicts for Compliance-Traceable, Verifiable, Complete.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
Ability to be courteous to co-workers and customers, follow directions from supervisors and refrain from abusive or profane language and behavior in the workplace.
Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.

Quals--
Provide technical/complex engineering records management assistance by collecting, acquiring, organizing and assembling client companies Work Order/Project documentation pertaining to State and Federal regulations and in conjunction with the installation. 1- Plan, manage, execute, summarize and present records research on above ground facilities to be identified by company. 2- Analyze the Work Order/Project records to determine if they are accurate, traceable, verifiable and complete pertaining to natural gas transmission, distribution, storage and processing facilities, ensuring 49 CFR Part 192 code compliance. 3-Train and assist team members as needed. 4-Performs other duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS: 1-Works under direction of immediate supervision or lead person, carries out records research at a complex skill level with more latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. 2-Work in an environment that may cause stress due to project deadlines and quick learning of how to research document and learn how use the equipment and software applications used to do the work. 3-Will require prolonged use of a keyboard, computer and scanning hardware.
