Executive Assistant roles at Oath are a combination of administrative assistant (that takes up 60 to 80% of the time) and project management responsibilities. This role is critical to the success of the teams they support. You are enthusiastic, collaborative and willing to take on new and diverse projects. Additionally, you are well organized with exceptional ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively both in written and verbal form.

Your Day
Schedule and manage demanding calendars
Interact frequently and successfully with senior executives and other executive assistants across Oath on various matters
Arrange and coordinate complex travel schedules, accommodations, and all trip logistics
Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other meetings, including preparing meeting materials ahead of time
Organize onsite and offsite events for various teams
Compile special reports, letters, and memos using various software tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Be able to adjust and accommodate “on the fly” changes
Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information

You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; 2-4 years of experience in project management and high level, complex executive administration including managing conflicting situations and managing upward
Strategic thinking mindset with business acumen; demonstrated passion for continuous learning and improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts; ability to listen, simplify details and influence others
Exceptional ability of organizing and multi-tasking; attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment
Expertise with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Suite: Gmail, G-Cal, Google Docs and Drive; Knowledge of Expensify and Concur a bonus

This is a Temp-to-Hire contracting role.
