The IT Business Strategy and Operations team is looking for an accomplished Employee Training Program Manager who will report into the Employee Training, Development, and Experiences Senior Program Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in complex projects and a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically. Your role is to work with key stakeholders within and across the IT organization to help identify project requirements and priorities as well as be a central conduit of information for program status, risks and mitigation plans. **What you'll do: **
* Oversee training logistics including but not limited to, technical requests, room set up, materials, food and beverage, greeting facilitator, and resolving issues that may arise to ensure seamless training day in 4 of our primary global sites;
* Oversee training logistics for all remote training;
* Deploy training marketing campaigns and enrollment efforts in creative ways;
* Report on and, potentially, escalate training schedule conflicts, technical dependencies, and other types of program risks;
* Validate program effectiveness and propose areas of improvement;
* Drive the execution of learning related audits and support any operational audit initiatives, including but not limited to, on-demand learning activities;
* Serve as a resource for IT Business Strategy & Operations team, including scheduling events and ordering/delivering catering;
* Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional IT teams;
* Partner with the Employee Training, Development, and Experiences Program Senior Manager to perform needs and task analysis to create targeted, performance-based training;
* Continuously improve a creative training execution playbook and program intake/ triage process, which leverages technology and focuses on the customer experience;
* Successfully support multiple complex employee development projects simultaneously that span a diverse set of functional domains, including content development, program updates, and launches, ensuring deliverables are aligned with functional and company events/ meetings;
* Make design enhancements of fun, learner-centered training that are flexible, adaptable, and scale smoothly;
* Facilitate and present to groups of up to 30 people in a class, including participants at the managerial level;

**Basic Qualifications**
* A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5 years of experience in Program Management, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or other related field;
* Broad expertise in Project Management with demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy;
* Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to act independently;
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to synthesize and simplify complex topics and procedures;
* Comfort and adaptability to learn new technologies
* Experience in marketing and delivering training;
* Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor;
* Ability to give and receive feedback effectively;
* Proficient technical aptitude in GoogleSuite and Microsoft Suite;

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Desire to thrive in a fun, creative, and dynamic environment;
* Instructional design and curriculum development for a technical audience, with familiarity with adult learning theories and methodologies;
* Experience with publishing and tracking learning objects in an LMS
