We partner closely with HR business partners, program leaders, corporate applications and finance to provide business leaders with the tools, technology and insights they need to make evidence-based talent decisions. You, the Sr. HR Reporting Analyst, will be part of a team of data scientists, analysts, and programmers responsible for providing reports and insights about employees, programs, and practices. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for HR people-related metrics and HR reporting. Your primary role will focus on reporting, metric definition and calculation, automation, forecasting and dashboard development. You will also research, develop, and implement programs and projects to improve the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of HR related information across the company. Your efforts will help management teams to identify, track, and address key talent issues. In this high-exposure role, you will regularly work directly with HR leadership in a highly data-driven organization. Your Day Be the one source of truth for all reporting metrics (lead the preparation and delivery of all HR reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually), ensuring alignment across deliverables, and adherence to overall reporting strategy. Act as functional lead for Workday reporting by ensuring key stakeholders receive and understand needed metrics (e.g., recruitment - time to fill, cost per hire; talent development - high potential identification, training completion; performance management - performance feedback completion, succession trajectory) Help monitor the effectiveness of reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalize new reports / methods as needed. Help preserve data integrity by running queries, analyzing data, and investigating indescripentiences. Create and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for HR and business leaders in a visually appealing manner. Keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing the automation of the reporting process. Clearly communicate insights to key stakeholders and influence these teams to take action based on your recommendations Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels You Must Have BS / BA (preferably in IT, CS, MIS, HR, Business, or a related field) or equivalent experience 3-5 years of Workday reporting experience including experience building custom reports, scheduling reports, and building calculated fields, data validation, testing as part of update processes Proven track record for defining, measuring, and reporting metrics for success Advanced Excel and data visualization skills Experience in developing, launching, and maintaining real-time dashboards Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization Exceptional ability to communicate data, analyses and findings to a non-technical audience Experience with Visier a plus Proficiency in tools such as R, SQL, Python a plus
