Must have skills  
5-7+ yrs experience in Corporate learning background (managing learning projects, training delivery and facilitation) / Bachelors Degree / Must be charismatic and enthusiastic facilitator / Must have a passport for some international travel (Toronto, Sao Paolo, America's only) / Must commit to this role even though its Part-time (can't let other things interrupt their training schedule)
Nice to have skills  
Payments experience a big plus / Experience with a Learning Management System / Qualification in Psychometrics (insights, MBTI, Hogan, Emotional Capitalist Inventory, etc.)
Roles and responsibilities  
 University classroom teaching experience / A new high profile, high visibility training program is being launched "Payments Everywhere” / TRAVEL is required for this role (avg is once a month traveling to various sites in the Americas eg. Austin, Denver, Toronto, Sao Paolo, etc.) / The role is also part time with 50-60% teaching hours of a FTE, a typical work week is 1-4 days.

Here is a bit of a heads up about what we would expect of you… 
1. Welcome all new joiners into  facilitating our Getting Started at  induction program every week 
2. Deliver key offerings in Payments and Leadership colleges in Foster City  University campus 
3. Travel to North and Central America clusters to bring  University offerings to local markets (once a month) 
4. Meet quality targets for  University programs 
5. Surface opportunities to improve and innovate our L&D curriculum from good to great 

• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in managing learning projects, training delivery and facilitation is required 
• Strong track record of building and delivering learning experiences (face-to face and virtual) for enterprise clients is preferred 
• Master's degree in organizational development, adult learning or business is preferred 
• Understanding of and ability to use data and metrics to demonstrate the impact of L&D interventions. 
• Demonstrated learning agility with a variety of content areas: while you will rely on your experience, you will also need to master new content areas/ways of doing things quickly 
• Strong project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans and projects 
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Qualification in psychometrics (insights, MBTI, Hogan, Emotional Capitalist Inventory etc ) is a plus 
• Experience with a Learning Management System is a plus 
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across North America
