Project Manager – Customer Experience
San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

The role of the Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager is to help run a number of projects and assist teams on larger projects within the Site Reliability Engineering and Service Hardening teams. The project management focus is crucial to the CX organization as there are a number of initiatives which need to be accomplished though are impacted from the interrupt nature of the organization.

Successfully run and track a number of cross team projects to successful delivery. The projects will range from software tools development to cross-org process changes.
Initiate projects by leading alignment on scope, planning, detailed project plans, timelines, aligning teams on project goals, create project structure, and secure cross-functional support.
Provide ad-hoc support on specific tasks for projects run by functional managers
Ruthlessly remove cross team and organizational obstacles to allow the smooth operation of the project teams
Act as liaison between various stakeholders, departments, or collaborators, providing status reports and ensuring flow of communication between groups
Proactively look for opportunities to meet internal customer and all stakeholder needs
Define and document key project information such as milestones, delivery dates, action items, risks, and keep information evergreen.

Required Skills / Experience:
Bachelors of Science degree in Management of Informations Systems (MIS), Computer Science or other technical field.
3~5+ years of strong technical project management experience in an Enterprise IT organization with demonstrated growth of responsibility and success
Ability to work on multiple parallel projects and prioritize work accordingly
Self-motivated and able to work with little or no direction
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
Ability to master new technologies quickly
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
Solid understanding of agile development cycle

Desired Skills / Experience:
Kanban experience in an technical environment
Background in Site Reliability Engineering is highly desirable
Understanding of software delivery and 24x7 operations
PMP, ITIL certification
