SEO Analyst

Description:The Search Analyst role will be working with multiple Digital Marketing teams such as the Paid Media and SEO teams, leveraging Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google AdWords) for reporting and research.

In this role, you will:
  • Create recurring reports using Google Search Console data to track keyword ranking and traffic growth for organic search
  • Identify opportunities for paid search keyword expansions based on organic search performance and competitor data
  • Develop search performance dashboards to analyze user behavior and keyword ranking over time
  • Work with the paid search team to uncover campaign inefficiencies and optimization tactics, such as negative keyword development, audience segmentation, and bid scheduling
  • Develop a process to improve content and metadata consistency across websites
  • Evaluate user behavior via Google Analytics and site usage tools to make recommendations for content planning and search experience optimization
  • Build monthly campaign reports for the Digital marketing team, providing monthly search volume metrics for selected keywords (English and non-English, branded and non-branded), to understand trends over time and influence content planning
  • Client is seeking a top tier candidate for the Digital Marketing role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in this type of role, a passion for SEO and internet marketing, is a team player and has great attention to detail.
  • The analyst must have high level of knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau &/ or Drupal is preferred.
Qualifications will includes:
  • 4-5 years of experience working as a Digital marketer
  • In-depth understanding of SEO concepts to optimize content
  • Basic Knowledge of Tableau to create dashboards
  • Should possess good MS Excel skills
  • Practical SQL skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate on a global scale to key stakeholders
  • Strong team player and ability to maintain performance level in a fast paced Agile environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working on a Web analytics tool such as Site Catalyst, Google Analytics or Web Metrics
