Develops solutions to business and technology problems. Supports the team to ensure the preparation to support and maintain all new technology implementations (hardware and software) is in place. Identifies business needs and the cost/benefit of implementing a solution. Identifies and mitigates support risks throughout the project lifecycle and ensures key stakeholders understand the steady state impact to workload as a result of the implementation. Responsible for developing and maintaining key metrics and reports performance and adherence to SLAs.
 
SKILL SET
Extensive experience in development of reporting, metrics, and dashboards, including excellent Excel charting and reporting skills. Experience with incident/support ticketing systems and process workflow, working knowledge of SQL queries, databases and data structures as it relates to metrics development is highly desired. Must have good detailed planning skills and be able to develop and manage the tasks and deliverables of a project plan. Experience with SharePoint and Confluence is desired. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping is preferred.
Ideal candidate will be a business process engineer with the ability to create actual solution. Scope Develop processes and tools to ensure effective delivery of: - Hardware deployment to stores o Project o Construction o Break fix Hardware deployment key stakeholders are internal Gap employees and Gap contractors along with Key deployment vendors Tool development – expect resource to develop basic excel tool and develop requirements for powerBI dashboards and be able to partner with "PowerBI” developers to set up the dashboards. Skills Business Process Engineer Flow charts Ability to create requirements for tools Ability to partner with tool developers to create tools based upon requirements Ability to create simple excel tools (v-lookups) intake note from manager: ? Describe the Project / Product they will be working on? Process engineering, hardware deployment. ? Size of the Team: 5-10 CLEINT's , 5-10 vendors ? Top 3-5 Soft Skills: (CLIENT's Culture Fit)be able to work and communicate between CLIENT's and vendors, influential, self- start, understand the business process, able to prioritize. ? Skills (Education/ Certification, # years' experience): 5+ years ? Type of background you are looking for: nice if they're deployment, hardware processing background.
