Work on an Agile team that has been tasked with changing the way Financial's Institutional business makes information available for mobile, web, data science, and data analytic applications. Work with our internal customers and team to understand data requirements and create Agile Stories to address the needs. Answer questions and resolve issues for the team. Collaborate with our customers and team to validate the work. Learn quickly and help team members complete their tasks. Responsibilities & Requirements
Agile team member empowered to change how we complete work
Conduct analysis, data validation and mapping; gather requirements and documentation
Understand business/data workflows, identify problems and opportunities
Conduct business and systems requirements; analysis at code and data level such as data mapping and data conversion analysis;
Research, test and track business issues and defects
Manage stories/tasks and communicate updates/status to stakeholders
Conduct effective meetings and foster technology dialog with customers
Learn what others are doing to help complete Agile Stories or Tasks
Work with the team to improve our processes and procedures
Encourages & participates in knowledge capture & shares

Basic Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of prior business analysis experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a business analyst on data centric projects
Familiarity with databases and ELT technology
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Agile Scrum/Kanban background is highly preferred
Experience in Informatica, Teradata, DB2, and Erwin preferred
Exposure to web or mobile projects
Experience in any one or more of the following domains is preferred:
Stable Value Fund, Bonds
Defined Benefit, Pension Buyout or Pension Risk Transfer,
Defined Contribution
