Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator 40 hours per week @ Florham Park, NJ Develop offer letters and send to candidates. o Sending the offer letter o Starting and verifying contingencies o Submission of travel expenses o Starting relocation o Updating Taleo o Start date verifications o Cleared for hire notifications o Personnel file management

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department by:
Create requisitions.
Schedule candidates for pre-employment testing, conduct testing, track testing scores and communicate to Recruiter.
Schedule candidates for interviews and coordinate interviewers.
Process the successful candidates for on-boarding.
Prepare new hire packets.
Mail
Update Requisition folders
Shred and organize file room
Submit contractor BMD id request forms
Order lunch for orientation and other HR training
Update personnel files for management represented employees.
Consolidate monthly reports into one report for HR Business Partner.
Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, annual reports including seniority lists, drug screening reports, transaction reports, and other hourly reporting as requested by both the company and union.
Submit forms for processing transactions such as promotions, terminations, retirements, transfers, to the Company Employee Service Center and tracking to completion of those transactions.
Other clerical duties as needed including but not limited to: Employee Relations correspondence and presentations, employee inquiries, meeting room reservations, general site related inquiries from outside sources, maintaining current and accurate e-mail distribution listings, record retention, submittal of purchase orders and invoices for processing.
